Our singular mission is to provide training grants to first responders for flood rescue training. Annual flooding is getting worse in the United States and around the world. Changing rain patterns, rising sea levels, and increasing business development are leading to catastrophic flooding in urban areas. We can’t stop the rain from coming or the water from rising, but we can ensure that our first responders are prepared for when it does.
