Vision Statement:

            Our vision is to educate, engage, empower, and encourage young people to develop interpersonal and life skills through building positive relationships and creating positive environments that are conducive to developing young girls and boys into productive adults.

Mission Statement:

To build upon our four E’s , which are to educate, engage, empower, and encourage young girls and boys from the inside out, helping them to develop a positive self-image, self-wellness and overall self-worth. With our four E’s we will have educational or informative workshops on a monthly basis on topics ranging from self-esteem, fitness, finances, careers, investments and more. We will have experts within the subject matter to come out and speak with the young people and we will provide activities that will engage and relate to what is being discussed. 

In having the youth engaged we will set up to have outings pertaining to that month’s subject as well. We will continue to empower the young people and be accessible so that we can keep them encouraged to change their perspectives so that they can change their lives. We want to let this generation and those to follow that there is a future of hope but we ALL have to change our perspectives and work together as a community to educate, engage, empower and encourage one another to make the change happen.  

Who we are:

INSO (Inside- Out) is a non-profit organization providing mentorship, and life skills guidance for middle and high school aged youth in the Camden County area. The programs goal is to form partnerships with local schools, churches, other non-profit organizations and all the entities accessible within in our community.  We will provide a safe, caring, and positive environment that strives to help increase awareness and the development of the youth involved. 

We will host events within the community, provide trips, workshops, and other activities for the betterment of the young people. We want to empower the lives of this generation to help them change their perspectives that will help them change their lives. We are leaders who are self-expressed, self-motivated and committed to a future of hope. We believe that if YOU change your perspective, YOU will change your life.
