Oregon Business Academy, a start-up nonprofit organization, is building a multi-channel platform to provide business education to students in grades 9-12 throughout Oregon.
Business Week, OBA’s flag ship program, is a 7-day, on-campus, residential summer “camp” offering a project-based, experiential learning environment where students are challenged to create a business, collaborate, and grow. Working in teams, students discover leadership skills and abilities they didn’t know they possessed. They gain a solid grounding in the basic principles of business. Students and parents alike describe Business Week participation as transformative.
