We work with middle and high school students to promote leadership, civic participation and the development of social responsibility. Formed in 1985 by superintendents and teachers, the ELNA Collaborative (ELNA) is a consortium of member school districts in Massachusetts. In addition to annual student leadership conferences, ELNA has organized leadership training, community service learning opportunities, global education forums, and the ELNA Summer Institute, a one-week conference on social and political activism.
