Discussions about discussions. Web 2.0 tools can create a robust dialogue on development issues, but there is a widespread ignorance about these collaborative tools and interactions. This group is focuses on how to enhance dialogue on development - not host the discussions about development itself, in all it's myriad incarnations. How do we build up the capacity for Dialogue, (esp. in older leaders, who seldom have a clue,(pls see Third Divide posting here) and at present form a bottleneck to adoption).
