Who is BPSOS, Inc.? We are a national Vietnamese American community-based organization with 15 branches across the U.S. BPSOS, Inc. assists refugees and immigrants in their search for a life with liberty and dignity. BPSOS, Inc. has services to assist local community members in immigration services, financial literacy, health awareness, ESL services, healthy marriage services, senior program, and youth empowerment program.

The Asian Youth Empowerment Program empowers youth through academic, career, and social success. AYEP is designed to help at-risk youth develop study skills and goal setting skills through tutoring, mentoring, and work readiness. Additional services include community service projects and workshops.
