To cultivate and promote the talents of aspiring and established on-air radio personalities, under-served populations, and independent musicians through broadcast media, by providing an international platform of free expression to include all genres and programs; while promoting a healthy balance of news, information, and music to maintain adherence to the four spiritual principles of the Culture: Peace, Unity, Love and Having Fun.

Founded in 1986 by veteran radio voice-over artist and Gold & Platinum songwriter/producer, MC Spice who wrote and produced hit songs for Mark Wahlberg (when the actor performed as 'Marky Mark and the Funky Bunch') BlackBerry Broadcasting grew from the SpiceRadio brand and has become one of the most recognized digital radio brands in urban radio.
