Tender Paws

Tender Paws is strictly an all volunteer, nonprofit organization consisting mostly of individuals with dogs. We exist to enable dogs and their owners to become certified through a nationally acclaimed pet therapy organization. So that emotional therapy and social interaction may be provided to the people in our community such as those in nursing homes, hospitals, juvenile institutes and in the uncertain times of disaster relief.

Tender Paws seeks to give meaning to the lives of those who are less fortunate, which in turn gives meaning to our lives. That is why, we encourage anyone with a love of animals, a spirit of fellowship with those in need or those who might simply need a bright moment in their day to join us. Because we feel strongly that our group is a great benefit to the local community and especially to those in need of a visit from one of our teams. Remember, at some point in time, we all have a need for the special love and attention only an animal can give. Please help us supply that need to the many people of the Clarksville/Montgomery TN area.
