    MISSION

    We identify, encourage and enable entrepreneurship and employment opportunities for women and girls in developing nations by offering skills development and incubation support to gain economic independence.

    OBJECTIVES

    Skill development: Enhancing the skill levels of women and girls living in developing nations to widen their opportunities for entrepreneurship and/or employment.

    Ecosystem for entrepreneurship: Improve the ecosystem for entrepreneurship for women and girls by providing assistance with business acumen, access to credit and incubation services

    Decent work conditions: Ensuring decent working conditions and social security benefits for women who opt for employment opportunities.

    Collective social impact: Strengthen the environment of women and girls through a collective to provide support to each other in gaining economic independence and to realize their full potential to participate and make informed decisions that affect their lives
