We make meaningful, long-term differences in the lives of young children and their families. Through our culturally responsive, inclusive services and in partnership with families and the community, we create and support opportunities for healthy development. The staff of OCHS/EHS is dedicated to working as a creative team to achieve the goals of Head Start and Early Head Start, and to nuture children and empower familes to reach their full potential.
We serve pregnant women, and children birth to 5 years of age.
