As the state's only organization dedicated exclusively to promoting smart growth, Smart Growth Vermont encourages economic vitality in community centers and preserves Vermont's unique working landscape and quality of life. We do this by:

Providing research, tools and training, technical resources and education to help Vermont communities guide growth.

Partnering with business, state and local government, housing and conservation organizations to enable and promote development that preserves and enhances the quality of life in Vermont.

Advocating for state and national laws, policies, funding and assistance that promote smart growth.
