OEPA supports the empowerment of residents to play an active role in solving community problems. We identify resident priorities and facilitate community decision-making. We value the multi-ethnic, multi-generational diversity in our community and recognize the unique contribution of each group. We promote and advance dialogues on social issues between residents, community organizations and external partners. We are striving to become an anti-racist organization in all of our endeavors. We are agents of community change.
