Our mission is to empower and inspire youth to realize their full potential through research, education, and active involvement in initiatives aimed at fostering personal growth, self-actualization, and societal contribution. Independent Researchers on Youth Development and Nation Building is a non-profit, non-political organization dedicated to the holistic development of youth. We believe that the future of any society hinges on the empowerment and proper guidance of its younger generation. As such, we focus on equipping youth with the skills, knowledge, and values they need to overcome challenges, set and achieve goals, and make meaningful contributions to their communities.

Our work is driven by a commitment to research, education, and action. We undertake in-depth studies on youth issues, providing actionable recommendations to governments, institutions, and other relevant authorities. We also engage directly with young people through programs that promote awareness, self-actualization, and social responsibility. Through our various initiatives, we aim to reduce the prevalence of social ills such as drug abuse, cultism, prostitution, and other harmful behaviors that detract from societal growth.
