Misión
To provide accessible, trustworthy, confidential and dependable mental health support to the international English-speaking community in Belgium and beyond.
This is achieved by the provision of an anonymous and full-time Helpline providing assistance and information and a separate Mental Health Services Center providing professional services for the diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation in matters of mental health and related problems.
Through our dedicated team of professional therapists and trained volunteers, we offer a safe space for individuals of all ages to seek assistance, guidance and reassurance to ensure that help is available 24/7.
