The SPEAR Open Wide Foundation is a non-profit dental organization redefining humanitarian dentistry. Our mission is to make a significant, measureable and lasting impact on oral health in communities of need. By combining the efforts of of dental volunteers and industry leaders who have committed their time and support to improving oral health in developing countries, we strive to impact oral health in a positive and lasting way.
