Fit To The Core Inc. (FTC) is a nonprofit organization focused on making fitness accessible to everyone, with a particular emphasis on aging adults and underserved communities. Through innovative and engaging programs like Stay Strong, Live Long! Fitness for 40+, Neighborhood Community Fitness, and Intergenerational Fitness in the Park, we provide group exercise classes, wellness events, and fitness resources that enhance overall health and well-being.

Founded by a seasoned fitness professional with over 15 years of experience, FTC has partnered with local organizations, such as the City of East Palo Alto and the Belle Haven Community Development Fund, to bring impactful programs to the community. Our offerings include functional fitness classes, balance and fall prevention workshops, and family-oriented events designed to foster physical activity and social connection.

FTC thrives on community collaboration and is committed to creating environments where people of all ages and abilities can move, connect, and grow together. Volunteers are essential to our mission, helping us expand our reach and deliver high-quality programs that make a lasting difference.
