There has been a growing workforce shortage in the Laboratory industry and unfortunately not enough efforts to educate and recruit new prospects. In addition, the overall diversity in laboratory medicine has fallen short for decades. We work to empower non-traditional leaders from underrepresented populations to pursue a career in laboratory medicine. Our education platform focuses on bringing to light the hidden opportunities that exist in this industry. To start, the content of our e-learning platform will provide education on laboratory techniques associated with cancer diagnostics and various other diseases. We focus on the laboratory workflow, identifying specialty areas within laboratory preparations for diagnostics, and providing skills necessary to enhance professional personnel performance and product quality. Lastly, our courses will prepare students for certification in the field with hopes of creating a robust workforce and smoother system of laboratory testing services.
