Founded in 1951, the Northeast Ohio Council on Higher Education's (NOCHE) mission is to mobilize the higher education and business communities for collective action that advances region economic development. NOCHE is leading the effort to increase college attainment in the region through the Talent Dividend and is connecting employers with college students through its signature internship program, NEOintern (www.neointern.net).
