Conscience Community Network (CCN) is a collaboration of five Illinois not-for-profit service providers. CCN’s mission is to improve the lives of at-risk youth and families involved in the child welfare and criminal/legal systems. CCN and its network partners implement Wraparound programming in collaboration with youth and families to address unmet needs.
