VISION, MISSION AND OBJECTIVES

The Vision of the Organization is:

A community where young women and men are able to exploit their full potentials through the available economic opportunities and resources for sustainable development and growth.

The Mission of the Organization is:

To empower young women and men by creating a favorable atmosphere to support them socially and economically through, SME, reporting for change, agriculture and education for sustainable livelihood.

The strategic objectives of the organization are:

i. To create a conducive environment for the survival, growth, development and fight unemployment among the youths and other vulnerable communities through reporting as well as vocational skills training (such tailoring hair dressing catering etc).

ii. To promote and support rural reporting for change especially by the young people.

iii. To engage in socio-economic and education growth by inviting them to participate in community building activities and projects.

iv. To educate and sensitize the youths to the effects of deforestation, climate change and ecosystem management.
