Music Entrepreneurship Workshop and Rejoice Gospel Showcase with over 1000 attendees in the past 4 years at these events. Attendees learn about the music industry from professionals through panel discussions, Q&A sessions and music critique sessions.

The Rejoice Choir Band Orchestra brings multigenerations together from diverse backgrounds to learn and perform gospel/inspirational music in a public venue with a special guest music professional. This program builds self esteem, promotes diversity and unity.

The Media and Music mentoring programs for youth and adults. Youth who have mentors in their field of interest are generally 80% more likely to succeed than youth that do not. UCON is paying it forward by mentoring youth who have an interest in working in the Media and/or Music. UCON empowers these youth and young adults with knowledge, practical experience and meaningful industry networks to help them achieve their goals.
