The Adaptive Yoga Project is dedicated to offering mindful movement opportunities to individuals of all ages living with limited mobility. We
are a non profit organization under the fiscal sponsorship of Shared Adventures, making the well being of all persons living with special needs
a priority. Our program in the public schools and in the public sector make it possible for participants to develop increased self esteem, and awareness while strengthening the body and reducing emotional and physical stress. The adaptive movement opportunities we introduce are simple and can often be integrated into the students daily lives for long term positive life experience and social change.
