Healthy Families Chicago

Healthy Families Chicago provides services in the area of child abuse and neglect prevention. We provide a wide variety of intensive in home services that include home visiting to pregnant and parenting teens, case management and support to families whose children have been remove and families who are at risk of having their children removed, services to families who have adopted or assumed guardianship of relatives, mentoring and tutoring services, and case management and mentoring to recently released female offenders to prevent them from returning to the criminal justice system.
