Northern Tioga Neighbors Network (NTNN)
Northern Tioga Neighbors Network is a group of dedicated volunteers who will identify and respond to our neighbors needs. We offer community services such as educational programs, transportation, and referrals, in a compassionate manner to enhance the quality of life for people living in the Richford and Berkshire communities. However, If you have a life threatening emergency, immediately call 911 and not our service number since we can not handle emergencies.
Our vision is to make Northern Tioga County NY an extended family of caring neighbors, enriched and empowered to contribute to the well-being of the community.
We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit group funded by a grant from the Appalachian Regional Commission, and through town, business and individual donations.
We are your neighbors! We believe that everyone needs a helping hand from time to time, and that everyone is able to lend a helping hand in some way or another. We all are valuable parts of our community and can make our community a better place to live.
