South of South Neighborhood Organization

SOSNA is a 501(c)3 non-profit neighborhood association for the area of South Philadelphia bounded by South Street, Broad Street, Washington Avenue and the Schuylkill River. An all-volunteer Board of Directors (“Board”) of 15 members (elected by the neighbors) runs the organization, which is focused on stimulating community and economic development in the neighborhood. SOSNA does so by targeting 5 Initiative Areas: Clean & Green, Community Impact, Economic Development, Safety and Zoning.
