DID YOU KNOW THAT...
- the Austin Metro area is home to the second-fastest growing population of seniors in the country?
- recently, approximately 1 in 3 AUSTIN seniors reported feeling lonely, anxious, and/or experienced depressive disorder symptoms?
- on average, seniors make three times as many visits to the doctor as people between the ages of 22-44?

Founded in 1985, Drive a Senior-ATX is a local non-profit that provides free transportation and other support services to home-bound isolated senior citizens. The two main goals of our agency are to provide Austin seniors with easy access to both medical care and healthy food options.
