Oakland Feather River Camp (OFRC) is located in Quincy CA, in the beautiful Plumas National Forest in the northern Sierra Nevada Mountains. Camps in Common (CIC) was formed in 2003 to operate OFRC for the City of Oakland and continue this traditional family camp treasured by Oaklanders and other Northern California families since 1924.
