Project Remain: Nos Quedamos (PRNQ)

PRNQ is a non-profit organization dedicated to increasing access to justice for low-income tenants. PRNQ, in collaboration with CUNY’s Northern Manhtattan Housing Initiative, will provide free legal services to local tenants facing eviction, free educational workshops related to tenants rights and will assist local tenants organize their buildings. In collaboration with the Washington Heights Inwood Coalition (WHIC), PRNQ will also provide mediation services to local tenants. Centro Altagracia, another local organization, has agreed to host three free legal clinics per month in their office on 164th Street in an effort to make our services more accessible to the residents of Northern Manhattan.
