SURVIVING IN NUMBERS INC

Founded in 2013, Surviving in Numbers helps survivors of sexual and domestic violence re-claim their voices, raises awareness of sexual assault and domestic violence, and through prevention workshops with youth, changes the culture to eradicate these issues. Surviving in Numbers stories are shared in a powerful format aimed at educating the public on the impact of trauma. Surviving in Numbers has held displays of survivors' stories on over 25 college campuses nationwide, as well as in the Massachusetts State House, the US Consulate in Guangzhao, China, and on US military bases. Surviving has been featured in over 17 national and international media outlets, and has trained over 10,000 teens & 5,000 college students on supporting survivors, challenging rape culture, and preventing violence, and recently developed a legal guide with national experts for K-12 students and parents.
