The Participatory Culture Foundation (PCF) is a non-profit organization working to build a more open, collaborative world. PCF’s flagship project is Amara, which is essentially the Wikipedia for subtitling/translating video. Amara enables individuals and organizations to break down communication barriers and make the web a more inclusive place.
