Governance Matters, formerly the Alliance for Nonprofit Governance (ANG) seeks to create a nonprofit community governed effectively and efficiently by boards comprised of knowledgeable and committed individuals. Governance Matters works collaboratively to raise the standards of nonprofit governance through advocacy and education of those who influence nonprofit boards.
