The mission, belief and values of Ascension Health and St. John Health, provide the foundation for St. John Hospice Program. The program provides a compassionate approach to palliative care that recognizes the uniqueness of each individual. Hospice care addresses the physical, emotional, educational, and spiritual needs of terminally ill patients, their caregivers and families. An interdisciplinary approach to pain management, symptom control, support and quality care will enable the patient to fully live each day.
