YouthPower Community Solutions

We were founded in 2010 in the city of San Bernardino to work with low income out of school youth and young adults ages 16-24. We are licensed to operate a YouthBuild program and we also partner with YouthBuild Charter School of California.  Our mission is to provide the necessary tools to educate, train, and employ the under privileged, at risk youth, and young adults. We serve the low to moderate income people of our community. Our goal is to encourage businesses in our community to employ our students that are trained in our program.

We believe seeds have the power to break through concrete. Our youth are the seeds and must be given opportunities to grow and flourish.  Youth must be given tools to rebuild themselves and their communities. They need to repair the damage through self-esteem, self-worth, and taking pride in their community and their surrounding environment.    

We envision that by using Innovations in construction training, green jobs training, the latest affordable energy efficiency and green technologies. Our programs and services will create sustainable green jobs, commerce, and energy efficient affordable housing for the next thirty years and beyond.
