Since 2019, “Lifting the Load for Single Moms” has been dedicated to empowering single mothers in Lee's Summit, Blue Springs, and Independence. Our mission is rooted in the belief that every single mom deserves support, guidance, and the opportunity to thrive spiritually and financially.
We are passionate about guiding every single mother into a personal relationship with Jesus. Through monthly Bible studies, we provide them with the tools and resources to renew their minds. Our efforts extend beyond spiritual growth; we aim to connect these women with local churches, fostering a sense of community and belonging.
Understanding that financial stability is crucial for single mothers striving for a better future, we build personal relationships with them through comprehensive budget analyses. Our team is committed to helping single moms navigate their financial challenges and work towards becoming debt-free. By providing tailored financial assistance and education, we empower them to elevate their lives and positively impact their families.

“Lifting the Load for Single Moms” addresses these urgent needs through fundraising campaigns that support single moms and their children struggling with late utility bills, overdue rent, medical expenses, and other unforeseen hardships.
Moreover, we will host monthly group meetings with childcare, dinner, and Bible study, fostering a sense of community and support among mothers.
