Scouting America, Circle Ten Council

At Circle Ten Council, Scouting America, we prepare young people to make ethical and moral choices throughout their lives, guided by the values of the Scout Oath and Scout Law. Since 1913, we have served families across North Texas and southern Oklahoma, offering youth adventure, leadership training, and service opportunities that build character and confidence. Together with dedicated volunteers and community partners, we’re helping develop the responsible citizens and leaders of tomorrow.

Founded in 1913, Circle Ten Council is one of the oldest Scouting councils in the country, serving young people and families across North Texas and southern Oklahoma. Each year, tens of thousands of youth take part in our programs, supported by thousands of adult volunteers who give their time and talents to make Scouting possible.

Our programs serve youth of all ages, from Cub Scouts through Scouts BSA, Venturing, and beyond. Each one features hands-on activities designed for its age group. Through camping, outdoor adventure, service projects, and leadership opportunities, Scouts build the skills and confidence to succeed in school, in their careers, and in their communities.

Our values are rooted in the Scout Oath and Scout Law, which encourage young people to be trustworthy, helpful, kind, and brave, and to serve others. We partner with hundreds of schools, faith communities, and civic organizations to bring Scouting to every neighborhood we serve.

Our camps, including Camp Wisdom, Camp Constantin, Camp James Ray, and Camp Cherokee, give youth a place to explore the outdoors, learn new skills, and make lifelong friends.

Every gift, every volunteer hour, and every community partnership helps us prepare the next generation of leaders guided by character and integrity.
