ICARE (Immigrant Children Advocates' Relief Effort)

Immigrant Children Advocates Relief Effort (ICARE) is a coalition of New York City non-profit legal services providers that defend unaccompanied immigrant youth from deportation. ICARE's mission is to expand access to pro bono legal counsel with an ultimate goal of universal access to counsel for unaccompanied immigrant youth facing removal in New York City. ICARE provides streamlined leadership and accountability to its coalition members to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the delivery of legal and social services to unaccompanied immigrant youth and to enhance funding to increase legal representation.
