Fredericksburg Area Health and Support Services (FAHASS)

FAHASS is a private, nonprofit organization whose mission is to positively impact individual and community health by providing integrated wellness, prevention, and health navigation services. We provide a safe environment to learn, grow, and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Our staff is dedicated to providing quality service to clients, their families, and to the greater community.

Currently, FAHASS offers services to the City of Fredericksburg and the Counties of Caroline, Culpeper, Fauquier, King George, Madison, Orange, Prince William, Rappahannock, Spotsylvania, Stafford, and Westmoreland.
