UnidosUS, previously known as NCLR (National Council of La Raza), is the nation’s largest Hispanic civil rights and advocacy organization. Through its unique combination of expert research, advocacy, programs, and an Affiliate Network of nearly 300 community-based organizations across the United States and Puerto Rico, UnidosUS simultaneously challenges the social, economic, and political barriers at the national and local levels. SUMMARY

UnidosUS implemented a small, non-traditional, call center that connects clients to our network of community-based organizations which serves as our workforce by offering telephone and virtual counseling sessions.

Our team is looking for a highly motivated, self-starter that can work independently as well as contribute to a team of four. The ideal candidate has the ability to influence people to take the right steps towards positive change and has experience working in a call center. This position is scheduled to become a full-time salaried position based on service projections in the candidate completes training successfully.
