PAIRS Foundation

PAIRS Foundation’s mission is to improve the lives of children by providing educational seminars that strengthen marriages, families, and interpersonal relationships at any stage. The organization was founded in 1983 with a commitment to creating a safer, saner, more loving world through skills-based education that strengthens relationships.

We currently offer programs to adults and teenagers throughout the United States and many foreign countries, including services that are provided through more than a dozen federally funded demonstration projects.

PAIRS Foundation is a results-driven organization that seeks to provide research-validated skills training early to help couples create and sustain loving, healthy relationships and enable singles to best understand concepts and skills that have proven critical to sustaining intimacy. Our ultimate goal is to create a world in which greater numbers of children grow up in healthy, loving homes in which they have the greatest opportunity to experience and witness love while developing the assets that will enable them to have successful lives.

Although much of our work is funded through federal grants, we are non-governmental, non-religious, educational foundation that works with many local NGOs, community and faith-based based organizations to implement our programs. We have developed a successful approach to recruiting and training program facilitators; conducting enrollment, evaluation and assessment activities; and providing educational programs of the highest quality.

Since our inception, PAIRS Foundation’s worldwide team has impacted tens of thousands in more than a dozen countries. Our work has been featured widely in the national press, including The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, The New York Times, The Miami Herald, NBC, CBS, ABC, CNN, MSNBC, CBN, FOX, PBS, and elsewhere.
