We are a cross-disability employment and independent living services provider that equips people with any disability to make their own choices as they integrate into our community and live as independently as possible. We have over 50 staff, including Job Coaches, Independent Living Skills Trainers and Employment Counselors who partner with our clients, local businesses, other agencies and our neighbors to build a thriving community where people with disabilities are active, equal members.
