A comprehensive 8 week, 48 hour initiative for each individual grade 6, 7, & 8th, designed to implement education , teaching youth self regulation, goal setting, healthy decision making, healthy relationships, avoiding risky behaviors , cultivate essential skills and facilitate discussions on challenging topics. Which may included mental health, body image/self love , financial literacy / money tools. This thoughtfully structured program offers a secure and guided avenue , empowering and educating young women throughout their teenage years as they transform into confident, strong willed leaders. "BE HER" fosters a safe environment for these vital conversations and equips participants with valuable tools, ensuring that they embark on a journey of self-discovery and empowerment.
