Bayadjan is a non profit organization that operates three community development projects in Karakol, Kyrgyzstan. The Bayadjan office is home to the Lingua School, offering English, Russian, and Kyrgyz language instruction for all ages, and a senior resource center. The third project is called Asylzat, a women's craft cooperative providing skills building and income opportunities for disadvantaged women in the community.
