Excellence! Not Without Effort! is not just a motto at William Lipscomb Elementary School. Excellence is the standard students, teachers, staff, and administrators on our campus strive for every day. Established in 1921, Lipscomb Elementary has a long history of serving our richly diverse neighborhood in the heart of old East Dallas and supporting the educational achievements of students. Faculty and staff at Lipscomb Elementary have created a nurturing and challenging environment where students achieve and exceed academic standards every day. Lipscomb is staffed with experienced master teachers who have a passion for education and commitment to support every child to achieve his or her potential. We are laying the foundation for the future of our students as successful, contributing members of our community.
