Black Boys Leadership Alliance For Change (B-BLAC) is a collective of minority leaders and innovators providing support through strategic programming for underrepresented young men and boys of color. To address the disparities and injustices facilitated through racism, B-BLAC is designed to encourage young men and boys of color through transformative initiatives that will stir deep discourse and reset the ‘norms’ of society.

B-BLAC's social service initiatives are designed to help Black and Brown young men and boys to grow and thrive as leaders of their generation to create a more just and inclusive society.

Mission: B-BLAC is committed to providing various supportive social services through training, educational, cultural, and networking opportunities to empower boys and young men of color to grow and thrive.
