HealthEfficient

HealthEfficient is a national, not-for-profit membership organization. Our members our community health centers, also known as Federally Qualified Health Centers. We operate a federally-funded Health Center Controlled Network program dedicated to ensuring that its members have the ability to effectively leverage information technology to provide high quality, cost effective, patient‐focused primary health care to the communities they serve. HealthEfficient was founded in 2007 by six health centers, and today its membership is comprised of more than 35 health centers in 7 states and Washington, DC. We are growing rapidly.

HealthEfficient supports its members and clients in improving clinical and operational performance using Health Information Technology. HealthEfficient provides services including Electronic Health Record implementation and customized training, workflow optimization, and data analytics to position members to take advantage of Value Based Payment initiatives, and recognition opportunities and available incentives, such as Meaningful Use (aka Promoting Interoperability) and Patient‐Centered Medical Home. This is an exciting time as HealthEfficient has forged key partnerships that have increased engagement in multi‐stakeholder projects to address chronic disease, oral health, social determinants of health, and other areas founded upon public health and primary care collaboration.
