The mission of Dress for Success is to empower women to achieve economic independence by providing a network of support, professional attire, and the development tools to support women to thrive in work and in life.

Dress for Success Seattle provides programming designed to facilitate a lifelong learning experience that supports women and non-binary folks on their path toward economic independence. We provide events, workshops, and connection through our three pillars of success - Digital Equity, Financial Education, and Career Support Services. Our goal is to provide a safe and supportive environment that fosters personal and professional growth.
