Misión
The mission is to provide programs, resources, and support for previously incarcerated citizens to reintegrate successfully into their communities.
Acerca de
Becoming One Community provides services to previously incarcerated citizens located within the greater Houston (Harris, Fort Bend, Brazoria, Galveston, and Montgomery County) and Southeastern Texas region. Since April 2013, Becoming One Community has worked to meet the needs of previously incarcerated citizens in order to strengthen our communities. Our primary goal to reintegrate previously incarcerated citizens into society by providing a complete menu of services, activities, workshops, seminars, and referrals to support organizations. We offer the following set of programs: Job Readiness Training, Financial Empowerment, Healthy Living, Know Your Rights, Housing Assistance, and last but not least Community Ambassador (mentor-ship).
