Catholic Charities, a ministry of the Catholic Diocese of Albany, is committed to active witness on behalf of the Scriptural values of mercy and justice. Catholic Charities Senior & Caregiver Support Services looks to provide a range of services to support quality of life for seniors. We currently provide an array of services to seniors including transportation, senior dining centers, home delivered meals, and health information, referral and case work program, eldercare program, respite program, support groups and a social adult day care program.
