Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to ending poverty through the power of work. Goodwill takes a holistic approach to employment by providing job seekers the tools to feel confident, purpose-driven, and successful. Goodwill empowers individuals, strengthens families, and builds stronger communities.

Donating or shopping at Goodwill supports our no-cost career services (including our Veteran Career Center), essential skills training, adult high school (The Excel Center), and so much more. Goodwill diverts millions of pounds of donated materials from going directly into Arizona landfills, helps the unemployed and underemployed prepare for and secure higher-paying jobs, and helps remove barriers for people to work their way out of poverty so that they can build better futures for themselves, their families, and our community.
