COMMUNITY SUPPORT SERVICES - Texas

Community Support Services is organized exclusively for charitable purposes under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. The mission is to provide relief and essential services to individuals and families experiencing financial hardship and homelessness.

Community Support Services is a nonprofit organization dedicated to serving families experiencing financial hardship, housing insecurity, and homelessness. We aim to provide immediate relief through rental and utility assistance while delivering case management, job readiness support, and community outreach to empower families toward long-term self-sufficiency.

Our mission is inspired by Matthew 25:35–36, 40: “For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me.’… Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these, you did for me”.

Planned activities include:

• Rental and utility assistance programs
• Case management services
• Job readiness and employment support
• Hot meal and essential supplies distribution to the homeless
• Fundraising to support the above programs
